To consolidate and sustain growth by developing a suitable structure, inducting monitoring systems for cost effectiveness and exercising control at all levels for effective functioning. To shore up manpower skills and technical expertise aimed at self-reliance implementation of expansion programmes, and diversification & execute plans.
